Mexican Cornbread Casserole Recipe

 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn
1 lg. onion
1/2 of 8 oz. jar of diced
   Jalapeno Peppers
2 lb. bag shredded cheese
1 1/2 lbs cooked ground beef,
   drained
2 eggs
milk
2 pkg yellow cornbread mix.

Brown & drain meat. Dice onion. Mix cornbread mix according to pkg. Add all the ingredients in a lg. bowl. Mix well. Place in a lg. cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or until done. Depends on your oven.
