3 egg whites 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 6 tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites, vanilla & cr. of tartar till peaks. Grandually add sugar. Seal edges of pie like you would a pie crust. Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 min or till golden brown.
