Jello Easy Spring Pie Recipe
1 1/2 cups boiling water
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6 oz)
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) Jell-OBrand
Gelatin, any flavor
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 2 cups of the gelatin; place in small bowl and refrigerate 5 min. or until gelatin is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Carefull spoon into crust and refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture is thick and will mound. Carefully spoon over gelatin later in crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 8 wedges. Makes 8 servings.
