Mix together in a large pan:
12 oz. Rice Chex
16 oz. dry Roasted Peanuts
1 box Raisins
 
Melt togehter: 2 sticks butter
12 oz. semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup peanut Butter
 

Pour melted mixture over dry mixture and coat well. Pour 1 1/2 box confectioner sugar into garbage bag. (Use 2 bags so it won't break) Pour in mixture & shake until well coated. Empty into containers and put in refrig. for about an hour, shaking every 15 min.. Remove from refrig. Will keep indefinetly in Tupperware or Candy Tin.
