1 (20 oz) crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 (20 oz) can fruit pie filling
   This is better if you use 2 cans of either pineapple or pie fillling
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 or more sticks of margarine
   Nuts or coconut optional

Use ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees. Dump pinapple in pan, spread evenly. Spoon pie filling over pinapple covering all well. Spread dry cake mix over this. Slice margarine over top covering all well. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut or both if desired.

Serve whipped cream on top.
