Chocolate Sauce for Cakes2 tbsp. or more cocoa 2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1 tbsp. butter 1 cup sugar 2 cups milk 1 tsp. vanilla Cook until begins to thicken. For butterscotch; use brown sugar instead of white and no cocoa. Pour this over cake while the sauce is still hot.
