SECTION 1

BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP

1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion (chopped)
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans of mushroom soup
16 oz. velveeta cheese

Place broccoli & onion in 4 cups of water. Boil. Add soups; turn heat to low. Stir occasionally until hot. Add cheese; stir until melted.
