Asparagus with Hollandise Sauce Recipe

1 bunch (1 1/2 lb.) fresh asparagus
4 tbsp. margarine
1 pkg. McCormick Hollandise Sauce Blend
1 cup water
 

Wash asparagus, break off stalks as for down as they snap easily. Steam until tetender, about 4 -5 min. Keep warm Meanwhile, melt margarin in sm. sauce pan over med heat. Stir in sauce blend with a whisk. Gradually stir in water. Cook over med. heat, stirring until sauce comes to a boil. Simmer 1 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Place steamed asparagus on platter, pour sauce over garnishwith orange peel, if desired.
