FOR THE SELLER:
We will post a picture of your item on the website, with the price, along with your email link so the buyer can contact you. Your email will be ENCRYPTED so the spam robots of the world cannot decipher your email address for the purpose of spamming. To sell your item you need to email a digital picture, or mail in a picture to be scanned, along with a short description and $1. Your picture will be displayed for 30 days or until it is sold, whichever comes first. For best results it is good to have it listed for two months so the items gets logged into the search engine updates that occur once a month. This helps people find a specific item during a generic search, such as on Google. Please keep any digital pictures you send to less than 120k in size. Website photos do not need to be detailed as it is the internet, not a picture in your hand. You can do this by setting your digital cameras to "Economy" and to a smaller size such as 640x480. Older 1 megapixel cameras generally do not need adjustment. If you wish to provide a phone number for contact rather than a email address we can do that, but we do not encrypt phone numbers, so keep that in mind. The owner of this website does everything to prevent 3rd parties from getting seller's information for uses other than buying the item up for sale. Please do not ask us to list pornographic material or items that are illegal in your place of residence without a license. Once contacted by a buyer the transaction is between you and the buyer and owner of this site takes no responsibility in the transactions from that point on and assumes no responsibility. Please do not ask to list items under $1 in value.

For persons wishing to have their items listed on Ebay - fees for listing on ebay will be collected up front. 20% of the selling price will be deducted upon completion of the auctions to cover remaining fees. Money collected after all fees have been deducted will then be sent to the seller of the item. Please contact us for details on selling your item on ebay as each item needs to be dealt with individually. All items must obey the rules set forth as listed above for the garage sale, as well as rules set forth by ebay.

FOR THE BUYER:
By clicking on the picture you can get a "supersized" viewing of the item. The email links on listings are encrypted, but when you click on them the seller's correct email address will appear in your "To:" box of your email program. This was done to protect the seller from spam robots that specifically look for you@yoursite.com somewhere on webpages. Upon contact with the seller all activites are out of this website's/owner's hands and becomes business between you and the seller. This website and its owner have no responsibility in the transaction or events after the transaction that may occur. Any software/documentation sold thru this site or it's owner is exclusive and may not be copied without the written permission from the creator. By purchasing any item you agree that you have read these terms and abide by statements provided above.

RETURNS:
All used items described as accurately as possible, so all sales of used items are final and as is. Please ask any questions about the items before purchase. Refunds for travel related items and new items are covered by the travel agency and place of purchase, so please check policies on that particular web page or system.

PRIVACY:
We do not, and will not, share your email address, or home address, with another party for the purpose of "spamming". We occasionally, once a month at most, may send you a notice of a special being run on this website, but that is it. We hate spam & know you do too, so it is not our practice to participate in that activity.
